Individual Therapy

We provide therapy to adults (18+) for a range of mental health concerns including:

We see clients privately and we accept Mental Health Treatment Plans. 

Therapy Approaches

Our approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers meaningful connection, shared experiences and understanding, and the solidarity of group support to promote learning, growth, and healing. 

 

Doing ADHD Differently

In partnership with Our Mind Space Psychology, we offer an Adult ADHD Group Therapy program named ‘Doing ADHD Differently’. This program teaches skills and strategies for managing ADHD from a foundation of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy within a supportive group setting. You First, Mumma

You First, Mumma is a group program for pregnant women which aims to build connection and community, reduce isolation, and empower you with an epic range of skills, strategies, and knowledge specifically tailored for this transformational chapter of your life. We believe that the best way to ensure baby is well looked after is to make sure Mum is well looked after first. Hence, You First, Mumma.​​
